Renowned chef FRANCA MAZZA now oversees the cuisine at Le Cellier du Roi dining room of Le Royal Bromont golf club. Franca comes from a family where cooking is a way of life. She is counted among the top chefs in Quebec, was the owner of Il Mulino restaurant for fifteen years and caters numerous upscale events. Denis Bourassa is our director of the restaurant. He is an accomplished maître d'hôtel and sommelier who has accumulated many years of experience in the domaine. His travels to various wine regions such as France, California and Niagara have fed his passion for the industry and allowed him to hone his skills in the organization of food and wine tasting events. The cuisine at Le Royal Bromont will be inspired by fresh and savoury regional products. The book written by Franca Mazza (Les Saveurs de Franca) is available at our boutique. |
